Haines Fleet, originally known as Joe Duffy Leasing Ltd (registration number . IE 040048), is an independent fleet management company in Ireland. Affiliated with the Joe Duffy Motor Group, founded in 1973, the company underwent a significant change in 2004 when Eugene Haines, the Managing Director at the time, acquired it. Since the management buyout (MBO), Haines Fleet has maintained a credit rating of 100% and has continued to thrive as an independent entity. Being independent of ties as a Main Dealer or with any financial institution allows for maximum dexterity with decision-making with its 75% Passion and 25% Compassion ethos, optimally serving its customers and service suppliers.

In 2007, the business moved to new premises in Airside Enterprise Centre, Swords, Co Dublin, to facilitate its expansion and forward planning. Since moving here, we have been delighted with its strategic location: only minutes from Dublin International Airport and arterial roads, including the M1 Motorway, for our customers, service suppliers, and ourselves.
